The City defines art as a sign if they are used to identify or advertise any place, business, product, activity (regardless of whether they use text or graphics). If they fall in that category, then they would need to comply with the City’s Zoning regulations regarding wall signs (Article 12 of the Zoning Ordinance).

Rates for murals & artwork vary greatly based on geographic demand and market competitiveness. It is best to provide a range that realistically fits within your budget. If you get no submissions or submissions of poor quality your budget may be too low. You can come back in and adjust the budget after you post.
